In December 2022 I took the plunge to leave a full time care job of 5 years to join nurse finders , Apprehensive and not sure if I was doing the right thing .
5 months on and I can say it's the best decision I ever made !!
Nurse finders are a fantastic company to work for , they are a family run business who look after there staff , they don't pressure you into picking up shifts , you work what you want when you want which is nice, there's always plenty of work!! 🙂
And there Easy to get hold of should you need to, and offer great rates of pay

As an agency worker I always thought I'd be treated differently but since starting and visiting diffrent homes ive always been made to feel welcome and ive felt like im one of there own staff . By the end of the shifts

The only regret i have is I wish I'd made this step years ago !
