Been using Tim at Octopress for over 20 years now, to print my Poole tide tables among other things.
The big thing is he really cares about the job being right.
He will never ignore something he spots that's wrong or could be better just to hide behind the "you signed off the Proof" line. He'll always tell you or just fix it anyway! Every job matters to him.
You just can't get that personal attention to detail and unending helpfulness at big, faceless, operations.
Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend these printers enough!!
