One Hub is a fantastic place to work! I've been based here for a few months now, and cannot recommend it highly enough. The space is modern and fresh, and there is a buzzing co-working community. The facilities are great, and the staff even better - there's always a friendly welcome and help with a smile.

Our studio has been situated in One Hub Southend for the past year. As well as being a professional setup with all necessary amenities and great location, One Hub boasts a great community of people, making a really friendly environment. Joined One Hub in August 2022 after the Hive shut down. This place is a great social work space, great value for money, a real coffee bean machine for quality free drinks as part of the rental package. Central location, superb support team and to be honest a better all round package than most corporate head offices can offer these days.

Excellent workspace - we have an office and it is very comfortable, and good sound proofing. It's a very friendly environment to work in, with nice sofas and private areas to have lunch or a meeting. There is also an excellent coffee machine in the kitchen for general use!

I run a prostate cancer support charity from One Hub and have done for almost 4 years now. The support from the management team is superb and the environment is friendly and upmarket. This has to be the best co-working space in Southend by far and would recommend to anyone.

I recently joined the OneHub coworking space after my previous one closed down. It's very decently priced and the people are great, plus the owners and runners of the space are awesome. Love the social events too!

I worked from home for a while but I'd take this space over being stuck in my own four walls any day. It's surprising how much I missed being around people in an office environment.

this is a great priced co-working space. Clean and well-tended. I have stayed six months on a fixed desk basis. My co-workers are kind and considerate. Pleasant space to work, and conveniently located for shops and restaurants on the High St.
