We have been using OnePlan since Oct 2019 and it is by far the best system I have used in dom care. It is easy to learn and you can achieve what you want to do easily and quickly. The service from Rick, Dennis and Nathan has been amazing. They are very helpful with any queries or suggestions I have. When they came and did the training for OnePlan they were really patient and made sure that I was completely happy with how to use the software before they left. Since then they have helped me set up different aspects of the software for us to use to run the business smoothly. Would highly recommend OnePlan and all of the staff that work there!

I have been using OnePlan for over 6 months and since then, I have never had any issues. The system is so user friendly, easy to navigate, works in line with local authority requirements and is indeed productive. The team working with OnePaln are so helpful and knowledgeable. One Plan is an all encompassing management software that meets the need of any Care Company that desire to achieve excellent service at a competitive rate. The customer service is friendly and the development team is committed to listen to the views of Care Providers. We have been with One Plan for almost two years after going through a number of other care management systems in the past and we are happy with the service provided by One Plan.

We moved to One Plan following 12 months with a competitor. We could not be happier!!
Not only is the system reliable, easy to use and awesome - the staff on the ground also love it, which mean they use it!
The support given has been second to none, nothing is two much trouble. On the occasion we have come across something we thought could be improved the team have listened and implemented the change - QUICKLY!!
When my ops manager was off I was able to step in and run the company without issues, because of One Plan, with our old system I would have really struggled!
Oh and to top all of this off, they don't charge you an arm and a leg!!
If you run a Dom Care agency I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great Company to Work with! I first moved a small office onto the One Plan Software to test the software. Within 6 months ive moved all the offices on to the Software. Would highly recommend this software to any Home Care Company

We have been using this software for the past three years now. It does everything we need and is very easy to use. It looks great on the screen and lets us know what is happening in the field in real time. Call monitoring allows us to track visits, medications and tasks, produce invoices and create wages. The support team are excellent and really take care of us when we have questions to ask. Rick, Dennis and Nathan have been fantastic when helping us set up and run the software. We have used other systems in the past and can honestly say this is by far the best. We are currently commissioning it for the other agencies that we have taken over and now won't consider using anything else.

I have been using One Plan for three years, and had nothing but great experience. They provide a quality service and support are the team are always happy to help. The EM system is very beneficial to our Domiciliary Care team and CQC are blown away by the system. I highly recommend One Plan to any care provider.
