If you’re looking for a new web hosting service for your website, I can thoroughly recommend Open Formula. Not only is the hosting service itself high quality (on fast, UK-based servers), but Philip did a fantastic job of looking after me during what proved to be a very complex transfer due to my old web host completely ignoring my emails requesting the release of my website and domain. I’d probably have lost my website and domain (and, consequently, my emails) had it not been for the help Open Formula provided, which would have impacted my business extensively. With Open Formula, you’re definitely in safe hands and receive exemplary customer service.

Philip and the team at Open Formula are professional, technically competent, responsive, supportive and go above and beyond. Philip is flexible enough to let me do what I can, provide training if necessary but able to do it all if required. He is pleasant, patient and authentic. I trust him. I chose Philip at Open Formula as I have had experience working with him for a few years, so know he is technically competent, has extremely happy customers and prides himself on his reputation.

Philip at Open Formula was brilliant to work with. I wanted a simple and friendly looking website that conveyed my love of animals and the care I give them. I didn't want a corporate looking website, something personal! Philip took time to understand my needs and my business and created a beautifully simple and colourful website that my customers love and has got me lots of new customers. Thanks!

Open Formula were highly recommended to me. I asked friends if anyone could suggest a web design company that was personal in service, willing to work within my time scale & offer great know how... I simply have none in this field! Philip delivered a service in line with our agreement & expectation. Specifically impressed with Philip's focus on providing a website build in which our SEO's were well represented. Look forward to meeting Philip later this week, to personally say thank you, as he endeavours to show me how to make simple edits on the website going forward. Any one requiring a professional service whom understands the importance of SEO's, Open Formula should be your first call. Thanks again Claire, Leafields Dog Retreat , Nr Uttoxeter
