Terrible Experience.....
We were promised a landing platform for our new Bridging Finance business, paid the initial set up fee and was promised that it would be live within a few weeks. After a month, i tried making contact to get an update, i phoned, emailed and phoned again and could not manage to get any response or talk to anyone. After 2 weeks i finally got an email that the staff member involved was in hospital looking after a dying relative and could not respond to emails, evidently a tactic that a few other reviews also experienced with this scam company......

Please Please stay away, they take your money, promise you big things and then dont deliver.... there really needs to be a lawsuit against them from all the victims....

Your response is not accurate and deceiving...

Yes you did work and produced a draft of a landing page but then nothing happened for weeks and could not get hold of anyone for literally weeks till got an email saying a member of staff had an emergency which is the same pattern of behaviour many of the review writers here experienced - staff in hospital and no contact for weeks which obviously in most cases is clearly a fabrication and just trying to cover up your scam - ponzi style company, bring in new victims, get them to pay for set up fees and then dont deliver.

If you are good at what you say you are, then dilever what you say in the promised time frames and reply to calls and emails in timescales expected in the industry.

If you cant deliver, then say so, reimburse all the clients who have all left bad reviews which is most of the reviews who are all saying the same thing that you take money and dont deliver and close down your company and try your luck in another industry.

Extremely disappointing. Similar experience to other recent reviewers. Paid for a landing page and non-print marketing material to be produced, which they did to a high standard, but when ready to launch a campaign they failed to return calls or emails for weeks on end, then I received an email to suggest a video call with the director who had to reschedule last minute, and then needed to reschedule a second time last minute. No follow up. Does not fill me with confidence that the £1,000's a month I'd earmarked for the campaign would be effective. I've found an alternative and I'd advise you to do the same.

Quite disappointed with this company. Having met with George Davies and agreed to proceed with PPC and SEO campaigns. We had a start date of 01/08 to go live however end of august and still not set up. George is no longer contactable after several emails and missed calls. Lack of response from the Opulent team with any updates again after several chasers. 2 months in, still not live and a few thousand £ down. Don't waste your time or money.

ZERO STARS - Terrible experience of dealing with Opulent. Failed to respond to emails and were incapable of dealing with technical issues (with Ad Accounts they set up on our behalf!). We have wasted our time and money and have received nothing in return. Opulent have fundamentally not delivered what was agreed and despite trying on numerous occasions we can not get any response on how to resolve this. Would strongly advise to avoid this company.

Was initially happy with service and had left a good review however since stopping the contract they have taken more direct debits. Now refuse to respond to my numerous calls, voice messages and emails to both Isobel Grimwade and George Davies . I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with them as a firm.
