In terms of services, they have done an excellent job and had also cleaned my full of dust laptop making it look like new.
However, for removing and replacing a battery I bought separately the price does seem to be excessively high- £65 for that. I’ll have to mention that the battery was swollen and I was concern that it might become a fire risk at any time. This is why I had accepted to pay such a price.
I initially took the laptop to the IT Service just to remove the battery. They told me the price, then I had asked if they could also replace the battery with the one I’ll bring when it arrives. I asked if this will cost me extra, they said it wouldn’t but asked me to make a contribution of as much as I would like to.

I’ll give four stars for this service due to their high prices and the subtle potential for tax evasion. I say tax evasion, because I did not receive a receipt and I was asked to pay cash only.

I spilled coffee on my husband's fairly new laptop, which then stopped working. I took the laptop to Naveed who explained the process very clearly and was very honest about the chances of it working again, once cleared etc. The service was very quick. I got a call the following day to say that it's fixable but will cost a bit more to fix the circuit. I had the laptop back within 4 days (only because it was the weekend). It was good as new! I was so relieved! Excellent, honest and quick service. Thank you!

Can't say enough nice things about my experience with Oxon IT, I spilled liquid on my Macbook Pro and Oxon IT took it in the next day for a full check and clean. I assumed it was a goner as it was directly onto the keyboard and into the interior.

Great value for money, quick, professional, easy to drop off and very thorough. They went through all my options, repair costs, potential issues, etc. My go-to place for any IT problems from now on, I literally can't thank them enough. And yes, it's working pretty much 100%!

A gentleman from Oxon IT Support came quickly and fixed my laptop within half an hour and I paid a decent price!

In November 2020 I came to this shop to repair my broken laptop screen. I was quoted £295 and my laptop was sent to London for the repair. I then told the owner (Naveed) that I had decided to pursue the repair under consumer law but he convinced me that I should continue the repair with him and that I would not get the repair under consumer law, so I went ahead with the repair. Approximately two-three weeks passed and I got my laptop back only after depositing the money into the owner's bank account. Exactly 1 week later the screen broke again. I sent video evidence of the problem and called Naveed as soon as it happened. I was told that if I wanted a repair I would not get my laptop back until after Christmas and New Year. I was told that under no circumstances would I get a refund even though the new repair would take 4 weeks and would prevent me from doing my work in this time. The quality of the original repair was clearly very poor due to the laptop being unusable within a week, where I was extremely careful and used it minimally. I tried several times to organise a full or even partial refund and was astonished when the owner first accused me of lying about the problem (even though I sent video evidence) and then blocked my phone number even though I was never impolite or unreasonable. I of course would never trust them to repair my laptop for a second time for it to break again almost immediately so sending the laptop back to them was not an option for me. They did not care about me, the stress this caused me, the money I wasted or the fact that I was a student working for the NHS and had very little disposable income. I took the laptop to a different store and they said that the screen had not been installed correctly and repaired it for me for free within 2 days and it has been working perfectly ever since. The way I was spoken to is disgraceful and the owners do not care about anything except taking your money. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly would never trust them again as I believe they purposefully scammed me out of my money. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
