Darren was so conscientious and spent over an hour combing through all my phone and it's settings to try and find very tricky malware! He went above and beyond, explaining in so much detail what he was doing and why, and very patiently re-explaining many things too! He also gave such good recommendations for things to do next too! I would highly recommend his services! No wonder he has such a good reputation!

Knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I took in my surface pro 4 which i thought had a faulty screen but couldn't fix it myself. They were able to diagnose the issue was with a connection rather that the screen itself. Great service, would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service after a power surge created a fault in my PC. Identified issue, ordered component and resolved the issue ASAP. Also cleaned and re-wired PC before handing it back to me - fantastic experience!

Great prompt service. Explained my problem which I thought was possibly bloatware. Hard disk was checked and any errors found eliminated. Thank you for work done and replacing the hard disk for a SSD. Laptop is working like new.

Excellent service.
Helpful and friendly guy who looked at my phone as I had a virus on it, for a few days which was blocking me from accessing it properly for 3 days. I waited while he looked at it, then he fixed it and didn't charge me at all.
The first place I rang about fixing a virus said the price starts from £25!
So glad I went to oxton it centre.

Darren was absolutely wonderful, been having an issue for months He took appart and tested every single part, eventually finding the culprit and installing a new one. He kept in touch with me everyday and answered my questions extensively. Very reasonably price as well and kind!

I contacted Oxton IT Centre for an emergency fix for my laptop. It had been previously difficult to find someone that could find the parts and fix at a reasonable price . Not only were these services offered but they were able to pick my laptop up from my home and return it back within the week.

I’m very satisfied with the job done and would highly recommend.
