I already use Richard and Paac IT for my computer and email and my business data was safe, thank god.

But, on the 22nd October my husband and I were attacked by a major international crime syndicate and the scammers and hackers stole everything we owned: investments, identities, emails, passwords etc absolutely everything of any value.

Even though my clients data and my email was safe, my husbands was not and they had embedded a code so that anything sent and recieved was sent to the scammers and this had been going on for many months.

following the attack, Richard and his team tirelessly and unjudgingly looked after all the technical side from checking his computer, identifying the breaches, removing all threats, reformatting his devices and getting a new email and then reassuring him that he could reload his information from the cloud.

They identified that my husbands data including passwords, ID, addresses, emails, ni number, banks data had been shared and sold multiple times on the dark web - It has been such a tough time

Pretty slow off the mark. They were mega quick to take my money and then, despite me calling four times during the 1-2 day service for an update, I finally got a call 2.5 days later.
