Having had an office in here since they opened in January; I cannot recommend Patch enough. Th space is great, with a perfect location and a really lovely group of professionals sharing the building.

We also worked closely with the Patch team to run an eCommerce event here, and couldn't have been happier with how it went. They were really useful in sourcing suppliers, and the space was just what we needed.

I've always loved the Bonding Warehouse and it's such a treat to be part of a co-working space with river views! Love the flexibility - you can pop in for an hour or a whole day on most packages. Plus I appreciate the second screen desks. The staff are really helpful and friendly too!

Lovely bright coworking space with a really friendly community! It's so handy being able to work somewhere with a second screen, but I like that you have the option to work in the more casual lounge area. Perfect location too!

We held our local history group AGM here, a delightful venue which people really enjoyed seeing, as it's such a historic building. It's really well-equipped for events, and has great riverside views from the balconies. The staff were very helpful and informative, and did everything they could to help and support us. We would definitely recommend it.

Patch is a phenomenal place to work. The extra (coffee, snacks, etc..) are great. The amenities (chairs, desks, overall decors) are comfy and beautiful. The stuff is amazing. Absolutely would recommend

I visited Patch at The Bonding Warehouse for the comedy night. It's a great space right on the river & great to see the building being used again. A decent selection of canned alcoholic drinks but nothing on tap unfortunately. Well organised evening x

I have been waiting for years for York to get a decent, ethical, responsible, meeting room space I can hire for my workshops and programmes. And its finally here. My standards are high when it comes to room hire, a professional team with no drama (thankyou Thom, Anna and Marshall), a beautiful breathtaking (edgy) space, the basics covered so well you never have to think about them (think refreshments, facilities, toolkit), a central location, a space that's unique to the work environment to support the learning environment, ideally with a connection to a nature (its right on the river!) and reasonably priced. I'm loathed to recommend it because I don't want it to get too busy !

Love this space!

I attended an ACCU meetup here and it feels like a lovely place to co-work. Next time I'm in the city, I'll be looking to use a desk for a few days. . . mainly to day dream at the view!
