Bought a cup that was in the cart for $4.99 but charged my credit card for $32.95. I instantly sent 3 emails to cancel. They responded to my email after they shopped it and said it was too late to cancel it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Paid for fast shipping and there was no need as same or maybe longer delivery time. I've been ignored on refund request after tracking my item and its still in another country and saying returned!! I'm out of pocket and not able to gift this a birthday present. Refused all requests to be put to a manager.

I wish I’d read some reviews before ordering… Lied about delivery times and availability
It seems my experience with this company isn’t a one off. They advertised a part I needed, I wanted it quite quickly so phoned the office to ensure they had it and find out about delivery. I was told they didn’t have the item but it would come direct from their supplier, I didn’t have an issue with this. It was late on Thursday but the member of staff told me I should be OK to receive it by the Friday but if not would be the following day (Monday). Again, I was quite happy with this, by Monday the item hadn’t arrived so I called to be told they’d send over tracking, the tracking came through and it said the item was coming from the Netherlands and would be here Tuesday. I called to question this on Tuesday as it still hadn’t arrived to be told they couldn’t do much about it and wouldn’t even refund or part refund the nearly £15!! delivery for such a poor service.

Even after speaking to management they fail to see an issue with this. Its now end of play Wednesday and its still not here and they still refuse to do anything or even acknowledge this is an issue.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THINGS HAPPEN BUT THEY SHOULD BE DEALING WITH PROBLEMS FAR BETTER THAN THIS

Total con artists. Placed on order , had to return some rolls. They declined the refund as the box was apparently damaged, which I don't believe. They now refuse to send the parcel back.
Hope others read this before placing an order and stay away..
