We had a pleasant experience working through Perch and Peek. They helped in our relocation from Singapore to Canada.

Initially their app was giving issue and not showing the listing properly and I reported it a few times in the app.

Later it was addressed. They helped us in getting familiarised with some localities and shared processes that helped us in settling down.

Both Sharlene and Dani were highly supportive and did a great job in sharing the information that we needed. They were highly prompt in answering the queries we had.

Overall, I would recommend using their services.
Just the app needs to improve, rest customer service is great.

AUH to DUB relocation made easy with Perchpeek
I had relocated from India to UAE in the past and knew what are the things that I would encounter and should be prepared for when I was planning to relocate from UAE to Ireland. I knew that relocating with the family at once including a small child during the COVID-19 situation was really not going to be easy and I was recommended to take the services of Perchpeek at this time by one of my consultant.

I was really skeptic to go ahead with Perchpeek in the beginning looking at some online reviews but my conversation with Tommy (Sales rep) went on very well and I felt confident when he started to answer my queries one by one and giving me the answers that I was looking for.

Then came Paul (A man of his word) , this guy is top notch. Hats off to his patience and dedicated work following up with the agents and owners and representing me in a perfect way to them.
I couldn’t imagine what it would be like to relocate without Perchpeek and their team. They made things look very easy and took out that burden of setting down in the right way and placing you in the right hands going forward.

This is more than a relocation service, is a complete and personalised guide to find the most accurate accommodation. They literally helped me in every single task that I wanted to complete. Paul used to respond/work on weekends as well which was really an extra mile that he took for me providing me regular updates and proposing right kind of options that met my need. He got me the place which we liked and requested for all the information that was required to get the place we are staying in now. Believe me, these guys are experts in what they do.

It's been nearly a month now and they still follow up with me asking if there are any concerns that I have, to settle down.

PerchPeek is very professional and friendly. I had a couple of questions and they have replied in a few hours. I have also looked for a nice rent in West London and I will continue my research on their search engine. Just one thing to mention: I would like to see more options for rents, but an good overall website. Carry on with the good work, PerchPeek!

great and very functional website! I managed to arrange multiple viewings with landlords based on my criteria and found a room the exact same day I needed to move in! definitely check the out if you want to get a nice property, highly recommended !!!

Horrible experience I will never work with them again. They sent me two properties to look at and both were located in in the same apartment complex and were wildly out of the budget i gave them. It was a complete waste of money. They talked like they would give me tons of options to view instead I just got the two and to reiterate THEY WERE THE SAME APARTMENT COMPLEX. They seemed to really drop the ball for me. After they sent the second one I told them id like more options but it wasnt a bad choice and instead of giving me more options they instead tried to push me into signing something. An utterly useless company, im sad that my employer partners with you guys it really drags down their good name

Definitely not saves money, not saves time. Just wasting your time. They do not apply good flats, also not doing a good job (2 months, couldn't find a flat).
Application is trash, doesn't even work most of the time, lags and freezes time to time and they're forcing their agent to communicate with you with that app.
And sometimes they lost your documents.

I've just had a ridiculous call with Kody, from Perchpeek. After filling up the questionnaire he sent me about my accommodation preferences (which incluided a room in a shared apartment), he spent the entire call telling me how they couldn't assist me because shared rooms "are not what they're specialized in" (?). Furthermore, he kept a condescending attitud towards me not even making eye contact and basically hanging up on me.

Utterly disappointed with their values and customer service.
