The owner is very helpful and nice.
I got a wire with the previous owner which was not what I asked for (even though I talked to staff to make sure I was getting what I needed). I didn't have a receipt and the box had just been opened. I explained to the owner my situation and he explains that he can't do a return without the receip but after a chat he understood how upset I was and gave me my money back.
Sorry if I was a bit rude but I was annoyed because the last owner hadn't sold me what I needed.

AVOID!!! Will never use again. Replaced iPhone screen & repair was so badly done the corner keeps popping out and the battery overheats. Apple reviewed the work and told me phone was subsequently a fire hazard. Then, independently, charged my elderly parents £20 to put their own ink cartridge into their printer, a job which took a couple of minutes. What miserable outfit treats vulnerable local people like this? Incompetent and greedily overpriced. A far cry from the previous owner. AVOID.
