We've only been with PlanetIT for less than a week but so far everything has gone very well. I was very impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism throughout the onboarding from the moment the contract was signed through to the go-live. I was especially please they chose to come to the office for 2 days to physically onboard the office staff and show them how to raise Live Chat sessions and other methods of raising tickets. Our users have also been impressed and are already making good use of the Live Chat feature
