P1 are simply very disorganized. They "lost" my pension over a 9 month period when they executed a botched data migration from one operating database to another. During the 9 months I was unable to carry out any other activities on my account as they could not trace what they had done and I had to rely on my records to get back what was rightfully mine. I would not recommend that you use Platform One it is simply not worth the risk. Bungling and incompetent comes to mind, and after 3 cases in the FOS happily I waved them goodbye...

Absolute scam of a company, have taken over my previous company Gaudi Investments last year no communication of this. They do NOT answer the normal number left several messages phone tried several times.

It seems I have gone from one Cowboy outfit to another, been given other numbers however then I do not get through they keep telling me that the pension team not answering the phone.

So if you want to go with a company that takes your investments and does not allow you to access them, this is the company for you....
