I bought a Canon TA-20 even though this model is much sought after and very scarce in the UK they manage to not only get me one but at an unbelievable low price. Mr. Perkins was incredibly helpful with expert advice and fast shipment of the plotter. I would give this company ten stars if I could such was the amazingly superb service. Thank you.

Oh dear this used to be a fantastic company but now they sell things that haven't been in stock for ages, I've been waiting on an expensive order since November with no communication from them.
When messaged all I got was "it's not in stock anywhere in the country" but I then found another company in the country that did and they delivered it within 3 days... So they lied twice.

What an absolute joke! Ordered paper roll and ink, received paper but there was no ink in the parcel. I was informed over the phone that the ink is being shipped in separate parcel. After over a week waiting they told me that this ink is on backorder and they don't have it in stock. ABSOLUTE JOKE! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
