Alex’s initial response to the brief to update my website stood head and shoulders above all others in terms of its warmth, professionalism and promise of after-sales service, and within hours she was manipulating my fledgling site in real time.
Throughout the build, Alex was always intuitive, responsive, proactive and patient, even as my brief grew way beyond its original scope. The result is not only an elegant and sophisticated shop window for my services as a freelance proofreader and copy editor, but also a complex and easily navigable archive of my own extensive back catalogue.
I found the whole experience exciting, pleasurable and invigorating, and I would recommend Alex’s services to anyone. Actually, that’s not quite true. I would only recommend Alex to my friends; my enemies don’t deserve her.
