I've used many Software management apps in my time. I was recommended powered now by a Fellow trademan. I've being using the app for two weeks and love it. It's so easy to use and saves you time on paperwork. I love the fact all my quotes,invoices dairy etc is all linked to under one tap and liked to your client.I like the face your can convert quotes to invoices with no messing around. Customer service team has been fantastic and helped me all the way through I'll definitely recommend powered now to anyone in the trade.

The software itself is great, unfortunately the sales team are awful. There are a few issues such as not being seamlessly linked to Xero.
My accountant tried to ask questions to get things in order and Powered Now took money out of my account for a second license fee with no explanation. Normally I would cancel the whole lot but it would have been more work to go elsewhere! Once they have you committed they’ve got you and they know it.
Definitely would not recommend for this very reason. They were also a hard sell at the start!

Avoid, they will take your money and then ignore you, I gave them 3 opportunities to reply to my emails and they ignored me, the app does not offer what other apps do so I wanted a refund as I paid up front for a year but just ignored my request. Very bad customer service they are all about the contact when they want you to sign up then just ignore you.

I have been using Powered now for around 6-7 years now and can honestly say they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They are constantly updating and adding to the platform and give free training as and when I ask for it. I have had a training session today and again it was excellent. Cant recommend enough 5*

Our electrical company have been using PN for a few years now and our only regret is not coming across them sooner! The website and app are very user friendly which is great for tradeys who want to avoid the dreaded paperwork after a long day at work. The team are very responsive and always there to answer queries or provide training when required. Dawn especially has been a huge help over the years, from the initial set up phase to the less frequent ad-hoc queries, she is always happy to assist. Overall a great system with a great team behind it.

We have been using powered now for over a year. The product is easy to use across all devices. i have always struggled with using other accountant recommended software but this is so easy to use and understand.
Customer support replies instantly if you have any issues and Luke and Ben have always replied to my emails instantly when i have had any problems which is always helpful when invoicing.
