Reported to Trading Standards.

Avoid! Please don't make the bad judgement I did by sending my old phone to them.

They will never willingly admit that they are in the wrong.

They will willingly damage anything you send to them, to avoid paying out.
I sent a phone to them, using the manufacturers' packaging, and wrapped the item in bubble wrap.

They sent me a photo of the screen with large scratches over it, like a toddler's doodling.

Absolute shifty company.

They never answer their phone and are incredibly difficult to get hold of.

What an amazing company,
I always wondered what to do with all my old phones and this company will recycle them for you (even if they are a bit battered)
The process was so easy , I filled in the details on the tech I wanted to recycle and they sent me a pack to send it to them I even got a little money in return which was a bonus. Whole process was simple and easy to do, I am now looking on there site for a new recycled phone for my son.
I will be using them again.
