Avoid Priory Business Park, we had the misfortune to be taken in by their blatant lies, and had a leaky sub-standard unit for just over a year. When I took on the unit over 50% of the lights were not working, as an engineer and previous i.e.e. electrically qualified..I examined the lights....Nearly all were rotten and dangerous, caused by the roof leaks. Despite bringing this and the leaks to the owners attention many, many times I was told "we only look after the building structure, the rest is up to you", I replaced the light fittings with domestic ones.....I was unwilling to fit industrial ones until the roof repairs were made.....they never were.....

When I took on the unit I was told that there had never been any break ins and there was staff living on site.....yes he does, but it turned out the site had been broken into many times....while I was there one chap lost many thousands of pounds worth of tools.....priory billed him for the door that was damaged even though their "security" so obviously failed....in short avoid this place like the plague.......
