I only go to Burnham to shop the finest and Proper Job is an emporium brimming with quality, luxury items. Designer mops and buckets, handmade bin bags, organic ironmonery etc. All beautifully presented and served by glamorous staff. Reminds me of Knightsbridge

Good shop have alot of things in there! Only down fall is the staff behind the tills are extreamly rude! If you ask them to get you something because you can't reach it (and yes asked extreamly politely!!) You get a roll of the eyes and a big huff!! Very unprofessional! Forget asking if the could open the door for you again very politely!! because your going to stuggle by yourself you get snapped at and tald through teeth you have to wait!!! Ummmmm yes I'm fine with waiting you little rude man I didn't demand or order you to open the door I said could you please open the door for me please when you're ready !!? Did that worrent you to snap at me like that!? No I dont think so! And I'm not the only one apparently that's found the staff there extreamly rude when asked a question and tell me there the reason they won't go back there unless they have no other option! I think after today I will be thinking the same and my husband!
They need to be re trained or trained in customer care and how to speak to anouther human being because they way they do now is extreamly unprofessional!! Yes I know they probably get nasty customers ok fine but don't take it out on the nice customers you get because they won't come back after being treated like I did today!!!

This is always a good store to visit when in Burnham on Sea, DIY, sweets cleaning materials hygiene products the list goes on and often cheaper than larkins, example chocolate covered raisins, larkins £1.50, proper job £1.00
