I have had the pleasure of working with PS for a few years now, which means I’ve been able to work with various members of their friendly team! The team have always been able to translate our vision, to create a user-friendly website. From minor suggestions to bigger upgrades, Millie, Jamie and Robbie, have always been quick to respond - always available to address any questions we have. Overall my experience has been smooth from concept to completion - from initial design discussions with Thom (who presented some fantastic concepts), to the development phase with Jack and Jamie. If you are looking to transition to a new website design, or are looking for other website services I would 100% recommend PS! :)

PS Website Design did a great job with our research project website. They gave ample time to understand our project and what we wanted to achieve through quite a few online meetings and came up with some really great creative design input. The whole design and build process involved working through a lot of small details but everything went really smoothly and efficiently. We and our project partners are really pleased with the results, many thanks!

Millie, Sandy, Thom and the whole team at PS Website Design have been absolutely brilliant. The quality and design of our website has surpassed all of our already high expectations. Thank you once again for all your help and we look forward to continuing the relationship with you.

PS Design have supported us over the last few years in multiple ways; through website design & management, marketing guidance, brochure design, presentation production and an SEO project. We have stuck with them over the years not only because of their creative flair but because of their customer service and flexibility. Each person at PS has a specialist role and they execute it extremely well. They are a joy to deal with and cope with very short deadlines when our clients expect rapid results on retainer pitches. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Karen, Emma, Billie, Sandy, Jamie and the rest of the team for all of their efforts to date, a team who provide an excellent service at a reasonable price.

We instructed PS to redesign our business website. The brief was for a nice looking front-end site and a back-end site for registered users. We're software engineers and we know the basics of HTML and web technologies, but we don't know how to make good websites. The quality of their work is very good. The visual design that PS delivered is striking and unique, and the Laravel solution that PS recommended has ended up being a good fit for us. The PS people that we worked with were very personable and interacted well over email. We ended up doing quite a few feedback rounds for both the design and implementation sides of things, and there was never any sense that PS were getting frustrated with us: it felt as though the PS team were happy to keep at it until we were satisfied. The initial meetings were good too -- good interactions, and we felt comfortable that PS had the skills needed to do the job. The one area where we think PS might improve is with communication of project progress. Both the design and implementation teams were not great at keeping us in the loop unless directly prompted for updates. When we did request an update, they responded really well, but there was little unprompted feedback. Next time, we'd be more proactive at asking for updates. We liked working with PS and would be happy to recommend and use again.

PS websites are a fantastic team to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new website. They are always there to help and resolve any issues that may crop up in the CMS from time to time so you always have that reassurance and confidence that issues will be resolved and quickly, allowing you to run your business without that worry.

We have used the services of PS Website Design for the last 3 years; initially they completed a full redesign of our website, which has been well received by our clients. More recently they have been working with us on our marketing strategy - helping us to understand our "ideal clients" and how we can target them more effectively. We appreciate the way they challenge us and our thinking, come up with suitable solutions and measure the results. Great work

Getting a new website company on board is always daunting, so not something we do lightly. But moving to PS Website Design turned out to be a good decision! They pull out all the stops to deliver on a tight deadline and nothing is too hard for them. Working with them on delivering our online strategy continues to be a pleasure.
