Popped in for passport photos to make online passport application. Very helpful man explained everything very clearly emailed photos to me. I have completed
my passport application using the photos no problems at all. Excellent customer service and great to have this sevrvice in the town and support a local business.

Just popped in to get some passport photos done. Dominic was very friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the covid safety precautions that he had in place. It is quite a small shop and I felt very safe knowing that he takes covid precautions both to protect himself and his customers.
I highly recommend using Q print.

I have recommended this place to alot of local people when they want to renew their passport, wish I hadn't! Very rude, obnoxious and patronising little man, think they call it 'small man syndrome'!! Seriously how has his business survived

I have had the misfortune of having to deal with the most rude, unhelpful, obnoxious person that I have met!!! I would never ever recommend anyone to have any dealings with him and to be charged £5 for 10 photocopies is ridiculous! He shouldn't be in business.

Very rude angry man in the shop. Told my girlfriend to get out the shop for some unknown reason despite paying for a print.

He talks to you like your a toddler that should know the rules and regulations about printing and sending.

Possibly just a single bad experience but youve been warned.
