After weeks of trying to get through to someone at Reach, I used my initiative and called another company in the same building, to be told Reach vacated the offices weeks ago. I was advised of another Telecoms company in the same building so i gave them a call. Mint Technology moved all my services to them with no problem. IT, Telecoms and Broadband, Thankfully all up and running and good to go.
