1 star purely due to the poor recruitment experience. Reposted due to original review being deleted for some reason.

I applied for a marketing position in 2021 and got down to the final two but was told I was unsuccessful. I wasn't too disheartened as he gave feedback and said that next time the job opens up, it's essentially mine.

Fast forward a year later, it didn't work out with the person they hired, so they advertised the job again and I applied online. I had a good chat with Allister, and he said he'd get back to me.

I heard nothing for three weeks and then found out on LinkedIn that a new person had been offered the position.

Allister didn't have the decency to let me know either way, which was poor and lacked professionalism. Since then, they have had 3 people come and leave that position, so maybe it was a blessing in disguise!
