I needed some pages printing, but due to the unusual nature of the project I'm working on I had some strict requirements (I needed to use my own stock, prints had to be at 95% scale centred to the page etc). I enquired at a few places but ended up being turned away. I also needed a quick turnaround as I received the files late from my client.

Reflex were amazing, so quick at responding and getting me a quote. I dropped the paper off with them the same day and they got the pages printed for me within 48 hours. They did test prints on their own stock to ensure everything was perfect before using mine, and they contacted me to double check the collation of the pages was correct before committing to the printing. When I received the prints, the quality was excellent and everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. The price and service were outstanding and they've definitely got my loyalty.

We use Reflex for almost all of our internal signage requirements and they have always delivered a great service and high quality items. We recently had a large order that needed to be delivered at quite short notice, but Ben and the team were great and super efficient. Ben stayed in close contact throughout to make sure everything was on track and went over and above to ensure it was all ready in time. Messaged Reflex about a print on a t-shirt and got a reply almost straight away from Ben who was very helpful so decided to get this done. I took my t-shirt in to the shop and Ben was fantastic with what colour and design would be best i left this with him. I received an email from Megan and a proof of design to make sure i was happy and told her to go ahead. The next day i received another e-mail to say my t-shirt was ready. I was so very impressed with how quick and professional Ben and Megan were and absolutely love my t-shirt price was impressive too. Highly recommended. Thank you both.
