We rented a house with Regency. All staff were professional and knowledgeable. The check in / check out process was very easy due to excellent staff communication. The app was easy to navigate and the few issues we had with the property were resolved quickly and efficiently. We were always informed in plenty of time when they would be attending the property for the 6 month review. Our deposit was refunded within a few days of leaving. I would recommend them without hesitation

Great experience working with Regency! It seems that it’s part of their corporate culture but everyone was really helpful and kind, especially Sue who was working on our transaction.
