I approached Renada after watching Connor's videos on YouTube. As a small MSP I felt that Renada would be able to not only help me implement and build our Halo environment but at the same time help guide us with all their experience of best practices (and maybe learning from others mistakes too!).

Both Connor and Robbie exceeded my expectations. I've gained a detailed understanding of Halo, completed our build and had a good time doing it. Extremely rapid responses to any queries I have had and I take away very detailed notes and videos of all our sessions.

I can't imagine there's a better Halo consultant out there.

If you are considering using HaloPSA then you should really start with a consultation with the Renada team. Connor and the whole crew were amazing, they saved us countless hours of work and helped us improve our own internal procedures during planning stages. We came from the ConnectWise platform and have been able to leverage HaloPSA for more functionality and all deployed within weeks of connecting with Connor. Initially we were worried about the time zone difference, but their team made it a seamless experience. It has been a great partnership with an excellent quality of service!
