I am absolutely thrilled with Richcraft's performance through the process from enquiry to completion. The quality of the fittings - and attention to detail - were exceptional. The whole team were polite, friendly, patient and knowledgeable; they went out of their way to put my elderly mum at ease, explaining each step carefully.
This brilliant bathroom adaptation will enable my Mum to retain her independence safely.

Most of this was done by plumber Mark who also made a good job of tiling a complete wall with neat silicone beading at adjoining surfaces.
The electrical work was done by Dean who like Mark was very approachable.

Keep your eye on a certain worker named Nick. Even cut corners, lied. Came late left early. Took 3 breaks a day on top of everything else. I do have a lot more to say but this just sums up what this particular person is/was like even used my electricity to charge the batteries for his tools. Caught him helping himself to my tea and coffee while I was in my living room. Refuse to have him in your property. I'm disabled. Good job my mind was intact to have noticed what was happening at/in my own home.
