I came across Rivmedia a few years ago when searching for Norfolk based service providers, having used a number of agency's and freelancers before, no one seemed to get what i wanted to achieve. First meeting with Adam and I knew he was a good fit for me and my business.

Originally commissioning a re-design of our website in the automotive business, and then moving on to the SEO Service and marketing, I knew it takes time I trusted and believed in the the process. I'm so glad i did, Adam took our business from nothing, making a few sales here and there with a clunky website, to now making over 4000 sales a month and growing.

Rivmedia came highly recommended a few years ago, when I was mainly looking for technical SEO services to speed up the website load time and to help my websites to be better found on Google.

I've had quotes from digital marketing companies in the past, they tend to scare me, especially when they want to send a sales rep or get me on a call with one of their sales team. I'd prefer to work with a firm where the majority of my spend going on the people doing the work, not on the people who're selling the services.

I also didn't want another favour from a mate of a mate type scenario either, I want to work with professionals who I know really know their stuff.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I've ended up working with Rivmedia for the past few years now, for web design, SEO and other digital marketing services, including webmaster services, and I hugely recommend them.

Most of the time I get a very fast response from them, and I know that if I ever need them urgently, they'll jump on the case.

I've had a couple of instances recently when I've needed them urgently, one was when my web host dropped a huge clanger, the site fell over, they jumped onto it very early in the morning and resolved it for me!

The latest one was just yesterday, we were impacted by something to do with the latest Google algorithm update or the spam update or something, we'd done nothing wrong but it appeared their new Algorithm thought we had!

This was a very difficult issue, especially since the algorithm hasn't even finished rolling out, but they got to the bottom of it last night, and all the affected pages were back to where they previously were on Google before the update, phew!!

I wouldn't want to be without Rivmedia in my corner, and I would recommend them 100%.
