I had a new tv fitted last week. Josh arrived at the time I was expecting, having let me know when he was about half an hour away. He very efficiently connected the tv, set up everything, and explained how it worked. I have used RMTV since I moved back to Newcastle, and would highly recommend them. From start to finish it was way beyond a 5 star experience. I needed my existing aerial repaired as, over time, 3 points in the house had lost signal and now the main T.V. had given up. I called RMTV and they came out a day later (Stuart called when he was 1/2 an hour away).
The problem was quickly diagnosed as a water damaged mast head receiver and I was quoted for the repair. Upon further inspection water had also damaged both the cable and the signal booster in the house. I agreed to this extra work.
All of the parts were renewed and left for me to inspect (as I was at work at the time of the repair) Stuart did the whole job, including the extra repairs, for the price he originally quoted. I am sure that other, less reputable companies would have had me over a barrel and really gone to town!!!
I chose this company after reading their reviews and after using them I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
It's refreshing in this day and age to come across a company who put reputation above profit. Thanks Stuart and Keep up the great work.

Needed my TV aerial moved into my loft. Ryan rang to arrange for Stuart to call to look at the job. Stuart rang in advance of arrival and once here he took no time at all to explain what could be done and what the cost would be. Within 1 hour the aerial was fitted in my loft, in heat that could only be described as intense, and the old aerial removed. Stuart was professional in everything he did and even offered to hoover up what little mess there was. If you want a job doing with no hassle these are the guys to ring. Ryan installed our projector, screen and surround sound system. All wires hidden and system calibrated perfectly. He also mounted a TV on the wall for us and moved where our SkyTV comes in to the house to a different wall. All work done to a very high standard, Ryan is a really nice guy and extremely knowledgable on home entertainment set up. Would 100% recommend RMTV to anyone.
