Excellent IT support from Broken Stones. Responsive. Effective. Friendly. Honest. Would definitely recommend.

PS - I lost 4 hours of work today and it has just been magically restored by Broken Stones. Result!

Update - called again for another email issue and once again they were brilliant - and offered to keep an eye on things so the situation didn't recur

Just had to call BrokenStone's to help with a simple issue with my headset and mic not working... I'd tried all day yesterday and I could not find how to sort it out at all. 5 minutes call with Matthew and its all working now... Big thank you.

Amazing local company in Lichfield, who have been giving us some valuable IT advice of recent. We have just gone with Broken stones for our IT refresh. Looked at the machines today (which were great) and already on order. Can we thank Johnathan and his team for all his help and support, from us non techy HR people. My chrome was getting stuck wouldn’t load - rang broke stones for help was sorted out after Scott logged in - took 15 mins and Iv been trying to sort it out for a couple of weeks. Always patient and ensured I was happy it was working fine before he left - great service all round 10+ stars from me !
