Been using rymote for just under 12 months, lots of issues getting broadband up and running, when it works its OK, had various issues with no internet connection, their support is terrible, no one seems interested, you have to leave message as no one is ever available. I noticed my internet was down last night at about 6pm, it is now 11.40am the following day and despite, emailing and calling so still further forward or even an acknowledgement that there is an issue.

25/7/2023 UPDATE, I have amended my star rating as despite being a small company, and a little slow in communicating to start with, they have resolved my internet outage. Our broadband installation wasn't the most straight forward of them, and ours was the worst one that a fault could happen to. Al and his colleague worked tirelessly tonight to get a new cable installed to get us up and running. Turns our some work men had clipped the cable last week . Thank you Rymote

Would give zero stars if possible.
Absolutely appalling customer services, staff are rude and disrespectful, the ‘helpline’ is someone taking an answer phone message who then apparently passes it on to another team member who actually never return calls or job tickets, emailing the company on the 3 email addresses provided on their online website does nothing as you get no response. Rang at 9am as soon as they are open and was told that lines are busy and i would receive a call later 2 days later still no call and me leaving multiple messages and emails asking for someone to contact me as a matter of urgency.
Would not recommend to anyone.
Do your research and ask other people using the service how bad it actually is you never get the speeds your promised and the service spends more down time than anything.
