Wasn't a great experience getting a tv mounted. I wouldn't recommend as Richer Sounds did to me. Was very difficult to get an appointment from the get go because of how busy they were.
Communication is an issue as the person booking the appointment isn't always the person that attends. I was told they were coming on a weekend day for the installation by the person on the phone and they didn't turn up and I was told it hadn't been booked in and they were busy on other jobs so it had to be rebooked for another day when I was off.
There is a hole in the wall from the camera, which could have been covered by the bracket but was just filled and looks messy. Wanted it in the wall but had to have trunking. They had to come back for a second visit to tidy up the ragged trunking as they had no corner pieces and neglected to tell me this before they left. I also noticed wires still lose under the cabinet and I was clear about not wanting wires having due to having a pet.
If you don't get to the phone in time of the day they come, they move straight onto the next job. I understand this was because they were busy but it leaves me with not a good experience. At the weekends the office is shut leaving you with no number to contact anyone to chase, just an email and this is frustrating.
I was also asked to justify why I needed a weekend appointment for the second visit because they were busy. I thought this was unprofessional, especially when the job should have been completed in it's entirety during the first visit.
They also put a pin on the tv and didn't tell me what it was so I had a fun time getting that sorted.
In response to your edited response to me, I was never told you would paint it over for me and i'm sure from the photos you can see the problems weren't immediately apparent from the first visit as they were behind a table and under a cabinet and I did let you know as soon as I spotted them. Photos are after the first visit. Trunking was corrected and cables tidied on the second visit but my point was I shouldn't have had to have had 2 visits especially during a pandemic and I should have been informed that the job wasn't fully completed and I wasn't. I was not working from home during either visit. I made free time which is why I asked for a weekend and not a weekday and you did question why a weekend was needed in your email to me. There is no time limit on when you can post a review. I have reviewed the whole experience which I feel is a reflection of my experience in it's entirety and again it's not something I should be having to justify.

We were delighted with the excellent service we received from the team. The wall mounted TV equipment was perfectly installed and they cleaned up immaculately after the installation. The price was very fair for the job required and they were genuinely good people to deal with. We were given clear instruction on how to work the technology and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending.
