We were so pleased with the small extension built on our house by S41 Developments last year that we asked them to landscape our back garden. Jay and Tom paved the patio with Indian stone and formed raised beds out of sleepers to make maintenance easier. They carried out the work efficiently and professionally, working long hours to complete it in only a week. Our garden looks amazing now. It is a pleasure to go out there and we are very grateful to Jay, Tom and the S41 team for creating exactly what we wanted. Another hugely successful building project completed by S41 and we highly recommend their services.

From the initial meeting with Rich & Jay, to the communications with Jillyan, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to work on creating our new kitchen and dining room. Throughout the project, with every decision or question our mind was put at ease. Rich was always willing to suggest the best solution to work around a problem and nothing felt like too much trouble - our confidence in the finish we would achieve grew with every day they were on site and the pace at which the work was completed left us speechless on many occasions. We couldn’t wait to get home from work each night!

The price was fair in comparison to the other quotes we received and as we didn’t have an unlimited budget, we discussed taking out a couple of items from their works for us to do ourselves to get us where we needed to be. They were incredibly accommodating of this and were very transparent with their pricing.

Employing S41 Developments was the best decision we could have made. Rich, Jay and their team were incredibly polite, courteous and the tidiest builders you could wish to have working in your property. The sub-contractors used are also a credit to the company as their quality upheld the incredibly high standards worked to. We would absolutely recommend S41 Developments to anyone looking to undertake a building project – they’re definitely worth waiting for.

From only one visit to view our out dated bathroom and see what we wanted, ( which included new drains for an extra toilet ) Richard was prompt with an estimate and when he came with his colleagues to do the work everything was planned to perfection. We now have a beautiful bathroom with large walk- in -shower and all new furniture and lovely wall to floor tiles and a separate toilet off the conservatory.. His work is a credit to himself and his colleagues and I would recommend S41 Developments to anyone.
