Great compliance and training tools. We use Smartlog as a main compliance tool for the whole multi academy trust (8 schools) and have done this for several years now. It is also great monitoring , scheduling and training tool for any educational establishment.
Technical support is also second to none.
I would highly recommend it.

We are longstanding users of the Smartlog system. Initially for multi-user remote mandatory staff training courses, however our H&S Manager has made excellent use of many other tools within the package to make the system THE central hub for many types of record keeping and reporting. He has worked with our account holder to adapt forms and share feedback to improve the product for both us and other users. Regular updates on courses plus new features reassure us that the content remains relevant. We thoroughly recommend the product and customer service behind it.

Impressed with Smartlogs platform, capabilities and efficiency. The system has streamlined our training management process and has made it easier to track employee progress, set up courses, and ensure compliance with required training programs.

One standout feature i its user-friendly interface, making it simple for both administrators and employees to navigate the platform. Wow! This has been the answer to my prayers - a system that can organise our contracts, service/lease/software licenses - amazing! Also the management of Health and Safety Checks / Audits and Asset Management - we have not been using it for very long but are loving it. Also some of the courses available have been really good for certain members of staff! Great product, would love to see further development of the visitor sign in / the ability to create own sign in forms for different type of visitors for example. But overall really happy so far!

A great company to deal with. The support you receive from the helpdesk team is amazing. Always willing to help, no matter what the issue is. Nothing is too much trouble. The smartlog dashboard offers such a vast variety of services including a comprehensive breakdown of all the areas. We have been able to keep a much tighter control of day to day jobs, monthly inspections/audits and training to name just a few. The whole concept is really easy to use. I would strongly recommend Safesmart.
