We have used Salesfire for just over 3 1/2 years. Whist what they do is good. if you want to get out of a contract with them they are Horrendous. They asked me to Sign a new contract in September 2023. I never signed it. I gave them notice of my account in January 2024, after their services had been removed from our website , as we had started a new website. I heard nothing from them until July of this year when they started chasing me for money I supposedly owed them. They threatened taking my business to court. They will not listen to reason, and have now taken my business to court.

For all the good work they can do, you can now do the same thing a lot cheaper on Shopify or with other apps.

I am guessing they are getting a bit desperate.

We will see how the court case goes and I will keep you updated. I believe we have a reasonable case, and have legal assistance with our insurers.

After a year of using Salesfire we decided to not renew our 12-month contract (we infact cancelled our auto-renewal as this is how they have it set-up). The service / product they provide is a good product, but after some looking around there are cheaper alternatives out there that provide a very similar service. We found that the customer services team were quite pushy, especially when it came to us re-instating our contact and the tech help team pushed back errors with their product back onto us and blamed it on our website (we're using Shopify). After two months where the Salesfire product did not work on our site (two months that we were also charged for after disputing this with them) the variety of problems were solved with a lot of work on our end. After this we were still in contract for 4 months, and during this time I did not hear a single thing from their team until we had cancelled our renewal. All in all, I think the product is good and it definitely will improve your ability to convert customers, but it is quite pricey when compared to similar things that are out there. I would say the price is justified by the fact that they bring multiple features together into one package rather than you having to look for each individual feature yourself. If you are on Shopify I would take a look on the app store first to see if you can make that work for you at a better cost and without the year long contract.
