I have experienced CST and cranial sacral therapy on a number of occasions from Deirdre. She is a professional and highly skilled therapist whom I recommended to anyone looking for beneficial treatment. My personal experience of CST was to help me with musculoskeletal, emotional, and bereavement issues
Which helped with stress release ,calming, and realignment.
As a trained massage therapist myself, I would have no hesitation in recommending Deirdre..

I went to see Dee a couple of times after a fall. Resulting from the fall I had really painful back pain. Having tried a number of other methods to get rid of the pain, I went to Dee. Her magic healing hands with their light touch worked wonders. After my visit and treatment which was so gentle, the pain was just a niggle. I cannot thank Dee enough. My second visit was again successful. I can recommend Dee if you are suffering any pain.

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) was new to me when Deirdre introduced me to it and I have quickly appreciated its many benefits, both during the treatment session and in the days after. I can actively feel my body and mind being soothed, calmed, balanced and re-aligned, everything just flows better after a session with Deirdre! She is an amazing therapist, so skilled and knowledgeable and is also able to guide you to appropriate, supportive supplements and herbal/flower essences if desired. The Natural Clinic is a fantastic asset for everyone living around the Strathearn area, parking is easy (and free!) No need to venture further afield! Thank you Deirdre to you and all the Team.

I went to Dee with a trapped nerve in my shoulder. I was in a lot of pain. She instantly put me at ease and the treatment she gave me released so much of the tension I was holding onto. After 48 hours of going to her, my shoulder was just about better. I couldn’t believe it. I would highly recommend the clinic as a whole. Very professional, great value and really positive energy all round ✨✨😊

I have been having a monthly treatment from Dee for most of the past 3 years and find not only that it helps relax and remove tension from my body but that by having these treatments on a regular basis they help keep my body balanced, re-aligning parts where I might have an issue or I am beginning to feel twinges before they become a 'problem'. Deidre's lovely gentle hands move with the flow helping to release and re-align - I always feel relaxed and calm after my treatment and believe they also help with maintaining general health.

Sacral Cranial Therapy was introduced to me by Deidre at the Natural Clinic, and the benefits of CST are for me immeasurable.
I can also highly recommend Aileen for massage and other treatments. If I could give Deidre, Aileen and the Natural Clinic more than 5 stars I would. We are so lucky to have this calming little oasis in Crieff.

I have been enjoying treatments at the Natural Clinic for several years now and it is my "go-to" place when I am broken. Somehow Deirdre manages to assess all the aches in my body and using a combo of Reflexology and craniology soothes my pain away, leaving me floating. It is a small, but welcoming studio with a range of herbal essences that she will recommend, if needed. Crieff offers free parking just 50m away in a large carpark behind the Clydesdale Bank / Bank of Scotland area. Because I have fallen asleep during my treatments and feel quite light, Deirdre suggests that I take time for a cup of tea or a bowl of soup before I drive home and there is no shortage of nice places to call into.
