Excellent service, great competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff.
Brilliant deal on Print Management Services Package reducing our own costs massively in the first year of use.
I would urge anyone to consider the benefits of using a professional company like this.
I have been let down in the past with promises that were not fulfilled by other companies.
When networking I have told many of my friends to use Simple to benefit from their advice and equipment savings.
I am very satisfied with Simple Digital Ltd and will continue using them in the future.

I would avoid this company at all costs. We're on a 5 year contract for 4 printers and whilst their cost per print is competeitive they don't take care of their customers. We've had numerous delays in service such as toner not arriving on time and faults not being resolved quickly.

Recently we had to pay to replenish the staples in our printer as 'they are not a consumbale'. We pay this company £1000-£2000 per month and they won't even replace the staples as part of the contract.

We have been left with a faulty printer for over a month because 'they've tried to order the parts from the supplier but the supplier was causing the delay'.

The owner of the company is rude and all of the staff who answer the phone are extremely unhelpful.

Do yourself the favour and pick another supplier, even if it costs you more money.

Excellent business hub 5 mins from city centre with fantastic Gym facilities and coffee shop under one roof. Get the feeling this will put the local business community firmly on the map as they provide an impressive range of technical business services and will be letting out office space soon.

Not sure why your company is phoning me and hanging up. You obviously need experienced staff and not time wasters. Please look into it. it's for your own good.
