After dealing with many IT suppliers over the years, it's so refreshing to deal with down-to-earth, friendly and honest people who respond quickly, offer great pricing and advice and don't constantly chase for orders. I've been working with Jade for a while now and very much appreciate being able to ask for quotes and fire over questions to her, without any guarantee that an order will follow. Some suppliers soon lose interest when that happens but that's not the experience here and it pays off in the longer term, when your IT supplier just feels like an extension of your team.

I get lots of sales pitches in my inbox as an IT Manager and 99% of the time I just ignore them for my own sanity! I have been working with Jade, Adam and the team for some time now. They supply equipment to schools often using our leasing product. Not once has there been a single issue with the equipment, supply, install or service levels. To top it hey are also a wonderful bunch of people. Utility companies get a lot of bad press and often its completely justified so to find a company like Simply Techspace was refreshing. They are handling our phone and internet swap over and so far the support has been first class with great communication and the work done exactly when and how they said it would be. Pricing was good too.

In my 12 year IT career I've dealt with lots of businesses who all end up hassling me trying to sell things we don't need but then go very quiet when I have any issues with their products. I've not found this to be the case with Jade from Simply Techspace, she always gets back to me very quickly with exactly what I need and if I have any problems she is quick to help. I have even received help with products that we didn't even purchase from them. I can't fault them at all, highly recommended if you don't like regular annoying salespeople!

I was happy & confident with the price I was paying for all my IT services and naively gave Aaron & Matt the costs and the beat every line item and saved me over 15k per annum... Also a really great bunch of guys and I enjoy working with them and especially when Matt buys lunch 🙂 Would highly recommend...
