SJ Systems sourced me a laptop some time ago, with no fuss at all. Having assessed my requirements I was found a great deal which I was unable to beat elsewhere. The laptop was set up for me and was ready to go as soon as I received it with all of the programs that I had wanted (a great advantage for a self confessed technophobe).

Since then I have had a full recovery of data and repair following me dropping the computer (and having no hope that any of my work would be recovered). Some time later I also needed a screen repair after another accident and again this was attended to with great communication, minimal cost and excellent efficiency. I would have no hesitation in recommending SJ Systems at all.

I tried to manually install some RAM into my computer myself but the whole system became unworkable. Simon came out and fixed the problem (bios?) . He also identified that my computer was slow due to malware. He fixed this by installing and running free software for me which sped things up dramatically.

The onsite work was completed with ease and proved to have run into no problems in the weeks following
We were also having difficulties with our new server for quite a while before SJ Systems arrived and verified our problems instantly and set us on the correct path to solve the problems
