Whilst I was Ecom Director at Signature Gifts I appointed SOtechnology to redesign and build one of my existing websites.

They quickly immersed themselves in my business to understand the challenges and pain points on the incumbent site. They then came up with some fantastic ideas for the new design and UX.

Once the designs were signed off we then move to the build stage using a WordPress / WooCommerce platform. Using JIRA as their project management tool, we knew exactly what their team were working on and when. This enabled us to be very agile in our feedback and testing saving us huge amounts of time.

The proof in the pudding of SOtechnology's excellent work, was when I appointed a third party called BugFinders to thoroughly test the site prior to launch. I was delighted when I saw the results. There were minimal minor issues identified and these were resolved promptly.

We have just finished trading the Black Friday event on the new site that SOtechnology built and the year on year results speaks for themselves.

They use their knowledge and experience to cleverly predict the direction in which you are likely to want to grow and expand your vision, successfully future proofing your crazy ideas and crazy potential ideas on the fly.

They understand that not everyone involved in creating tech-solutions is tech-literate and provide ‘translations’ accordingly.

The designs are beautiful, bespoke and artfully arranged.
