Took a dead laptop in on Wednesday after having tried numerous things to get it working. The owner explained what he would be doing in some detail and we were amazed to get a call the following lunchtime to say the laptop was now working perfectly. It had been stripped down, cleaned and diagnostics run and the issue fixed, all for a charge considerably lower than expected. This guy is an excellent engineer and delivers the goods. Would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend it.

Bought a new gaming pc as I was screwed over with my last one. When visiting for the 1st time the owner made me feel as if he knew what I needed and how I needed it.. everything is new and it's awesome... didn't expect the pc to be as fast as it is but it is. He even went as far as to download programs I needed before I collected the system. I haven't gone for an expensive system, just something that'll get me back online and he delivered, on point, gives you all boxes like a professional should.. explained everything I needed to know before, during and after the system was completed. I'd advise anyone to go to this guy for a pre built or a system of your choosing and it'll be built within a week. Amazing prices with amazing quality products. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

My PS4 went pop a couple of weeks back, due to what I thought may have been a power surge.
I didn't really want to chuck the unit in the bin, as it was a limited edition one, so being as Software Solutions is only round the corner from me, I thought I'd see if Phil there could fix it for me.
He had the unit for around ten days while he sourced the spares, but he provided regular progress updates. The PS4 came back working perfectly, the work performed being first class, and very competitively priced.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Software Solutions again, nor would I hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I took my pc to Phil when it wouldn't boot, and stuck on the bios menu and he was able to quickly diagnose that it was a hard drive failure, but was able replace the hard drive, and get it back up and working again.

I definitely recommend going there, I would not hesitate in returning with any computer items. As soon as you walk into his shop, you can see the pride he puts into his work.

Superb service for an update to my son's gaming PC which was 5 years old and in need of a superior processor, graphics card etc. Phil was easy to deal with throughout, and completed this for a really good price. What was particularly impressive was his post-contact, checking with me that everything was ok and that my son could play his favourite game (which he couldn't do before)

I would not hesitate to recommend Phil and this company and will definitely be using his services again should the need arise.

Took a very slow 11yr old laptop to Phil, who immediately identified the problem. (When talking to Phil it is clear that his knowledge and expertise is excellent) He gave us a price and appointment which he stuck to. He did a full refurbishment for a fraction of the cost of a new one and carried out the works within a day. He did ‘what it says on the tin’. Our laptop is now like a new one. Brilliant!!

Phil was brilliant. I am not particularly good with IT however he helped me from the minute I walked in to his shop. He also sorted my computer issue earlier than originally stated and the job he did was first class. An absolute professional !!

Took my xbox in ad it wasn't loading up. Would power on but no picture or anything. Phil performed a diagnostic and confirmed that the hard drive was knackered. He changed the hard drive and fixed all issues. My console now works better than new. Throughly recommend Phil for all technical issues, whether it be consoles, laptops or pc's.
