We've only been with Sound Networks for a month or two but what an experience so far. The communication from them is excellent. Throughout our migration to Sound Networks, we have been kept informed with everything that's needed doing and when they will be doing it. We've already had a bit of an obscure issue (nothing to do with them!) and they've been all over it. They tried the usual fixes but when that didn't work, they thought 'outside the box' and came up with a cunning plan. The team are very easy to deal with. We were really worried about moving to a new IT support company but I can see why Sound Networks were recommended. We wish we'd moved to them years ago!

DANLERS have used Sound Networks for the past 6 years for IT support and this year they also redesigned our website from the ground up. Redesigning our website was no small task to undertake. Paul and Dan worked very hard, listened to our requirements and implemented them accurately and efficiently, they also gave some very good advise for improvements that we may have missed. The end result is a fresh, modern website, easy to maintain and a great feel when used.
