I went to buy a present and the shop assistant was polite and helpful. When I asked how the perfume refills worked the assistant didn’t know but the manager stepped in and did show me but was a little reluctant. As the product is boxed I didn’t think it was unreasonable to see how it worked and I would expect the shop to be familiar with its products.
I asked for gift wrap as it has been done beautifully for me before and the manager said the shop was too busy so they don’t do it. I was the only customer in the shop. I felt she was quite rude to me.

horrible place… staff just ignore you i didn’t even get a hello when it was an empty floor just stares . the staff look like bullies . i was a completely normal customer just looking to purchase i will be taking my money someplace else where i won’t be treated like a ghost

Only friendly if they like the look of you.

Much prefer the Chiswick, Marlow and Windsor branches where they are less selective with who they are nice to.

Actually had to leave and drive 20 miles heavily pregnant for better service.

I understand my request for an exchange after 28 days could not be accommodated however on hearing another branch could do it, I feel they could have been open to it or at least had a sunnier disposition.

Member of staff was quite rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They should be more considerate and accommodating to customers purchasing in store because without us spending the money they wouldnt survive however I almost got the feeling that I wasn't allowed to shop here.

Had nothing in stock - I asked for about 3 different items, all were out of stock and to top it off there were no gift boxes left. Go to the cobham space nk instead, more helpful staff and better stock!
