I've just had five sash windows replaced by S&N and I couldn't be happier with the result. The quality of the workmanship is faultless, the windows slide beautifully smoothly and the house is now noticeable warmer and quieter. The installation team did a fabulous job and the finish is perfect. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing and difficult experience dealing with this company which ended up being a huge waste of time, we really felt jerked around through the whole process. Waited over a month to get a quotation back and follow up tweaks by email took so long I realised calling was the only way to try to move things. Finally got the order ready and finally got the invoicing sent after repeated requests, now it’s been over two months we’ve been trying to order. As I go to complete purchase and transfer funds I am told the wait time for the doors has suddenly moved from the promised 8 to 10 weeks the day before to 18 weeks, and so sorry but the doors by November is now sometime end of January as they close two weeks over Christmas in addition to closing the entire month of August. So frustrating as we had giant holes in the back of our house and winter approaching!!! If we realised this would happen we would have not wasted SO much time with these clowns. The icing on the cake was the very pedantic and dismissive email I received from Simon when I complained about the goal posts being suddenly moved when placing the order. It’s a dismal way to treat customers, or at least the lesser valued ones. Other reviews speak to excellent service but that was the opposite of our experience. They’re busy, which is a good sign and if you are in a position to not mind being given the run around or maybe have a sufficiently large order that you’re treated decently then you’ll probably be fine. I am very angry and frustrated over the poor communication and attitude of this company and regret wasting so much time trying to order doors from them. It’s a crowded field, lots of places sell quality doors without this level of faff and frustration.

Couldn't recommend this company more. We had a number of quotes for the replacement of windows and doors at our property as well as the installation of traditional style bi-fold doors. They were a pleasure to work with (in particular Jodie & Simon) and the installed products are of fantastic quality. Given the quality I believe the overall cost to be very competitive. The icing on the cake for us was that we were on a very tight schedule and they went out of their way to ensure all items were made and fitted in a super quick timescale. We won't hesitate to use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Were were nervous clients were trades are concerned after some unsatisfactory experiences . Simon , Darius and the team , were very patient and reassuring , working alongside our builders , not always easy at times , in turn the result of the wooden windows and doors , we are very pleased with , the soon to be implemented after care package , seems a great idea too , we would highly recommend .
