Had the first service on my M340d Touring since owning the car and couldn’t be happier. Star Tech were able to confirm the type of service by scanning the key and then able to provide a quote before I confirmed. Managed to get it in within a week, and all the work carried out without any issues. Got a confirmation call to say all the work was done and that the car would be ready once it had been cleaned. Very happy with communication and quality of work. Will definitely be using again.

Despite having to spend several thousand to fix up my BMW I was really impressed with StarTech. Their customer service (especially from Colin on this occasion) is second to none, they really care about their customers (much more than I can say BMW does) and ensure they are kept well informed of the progress with their car and of any new developments as they happen. StarTech don't just swap parts out until a problem is fixed. They have knowledgeable, professional mechanics who perform thorough investigations when you spend a lot of money to determine what the problem is, what the cause is, and check anything else that makes sense to check along the way, they do not take shortcuts or miss things.

I was also invited in several times to have a face to face meeting to discuss what's been found, what are the options and also check over evidence, pictures, the actual parts removed and speak to the mechanic directly myself. This makes a huge difference when deciding what to do next.

Overall I'm extremely impressed with the service, attention to detail, skill of the workforce and the open communication with me.

Excellent customer service from my very first enquiry for a quote for the pending work, to collecting the car after its service and MOT.

Great to receive the quote in writing - plus be kept fully updated with the work throughout. A couple of advisories were mentioned but with none of the 'hard-sell' tactics other garages may employ to pressurise you into having them done immediately.

Fantastic to have the car thoroughly cleaned inside and out as a complimentary service too!

And the MOT and service cost me exactly the amount that was quoted!

I am extremely impressed with Star Tech's courteous customer service and I will definitely be using them again in future.

I was offered an appointment to get my vehicle looked at quickly when a fault came up on the car. Members of staff very polite and helpful. Gave me options and cost of any work before carrying anything out. Showed me an additional issue in person, so I could see for myself what they had found. This was reassuring that they weren’t just finding additional problems to bump cost of works up. Works & cost kept to a minimum which was appreciated. I was offered a coffee whilst I waited and was given a complimentary car wash. I cannot fault their service.
