Great service, I am so glad that I used Startpoint's service for my new business's website. Steve has create a beautiful and functional website and also offer quite good deal on web hosting. Regarding support he has been brilliant, we had some revisions and Steve obliged and made all the changes until we were satisfied with the final result. I would highly recommend them.

Am SO glad we found Steve... We were being poorly let down by our previous web designer so, after fairly extensively researching for someone local, I identified Steve and we chatted through our website issues over the phone. I have been working with Steve from StartPoint for approximately one year now to get my company (Midlands Dental Academy) where it is now.
I have been very impressed by Steve from the first point of contact. He is couteous, efficient, hard working and understands the principles of design, website construction very well. I can give him my thoughts and opinions regarding what i want my website to look like and function, and he will create an excellent draft which is stylish, functional and easy to use.
My first worry was that he was a remote web designer (I work in Leicester) but this wasnt a problem, because he is very easy to contact and speak to. He understands the needs of the client over email and telephone. I found this actually saves a lot of time and actually prefer it this way now.

I recommend Steve and StartPoint in web design. They do a fantastic job.

Steve at StartPoint designed my Liverpool Cake Company website over 3 years ago now and I have been over the moon with it from day one. The website itself is really bright, colourful and easy to navigate and even an IT novice like me can update it with pictures easily whenever I choose. I'm often told by customers how impressed they are with it and how helpful it is and that it was what led them to me.
I've always been extremely happy with the service I receive from StartPoint. If I have any amendments or alterations to make, my emails and requests are always dealt with very quickly: more often than not within 24 hours.
I really do feel StartPoint merits a full 5 star rating. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
