My 15 year old laptop was could we say running far to slow. As I run a small business I rely on my laptop for admin. I am not very tech say however.
I took my old laptop to storm 360 to see if it could be fixed but the laptop was just to old to save and because of how old the software was it was no longer safe against hackers.
Storm 360 provided me with a new Laptop which was a very close match to the setup of my old one and they moved all my data and files from the old to the new.
They basically made what I thought was going to be a huge headache almost effortless for me.
They answered all my questions and I thought there Services were fantastic and at a very good price.
Thanks guys. I will definitely be back if I need help in future 👍

I chose Storm as they are advertised as Apple Certified repair techs.

While the problem has been fixed, the lack of communication, excuses and poor attempts to upsell a lesser model will unfortunately stop me returning to Storm.
