Can not recommend this company highly enough. Their communication has been fantastic throughout and instead of simply taking my money when I asked about upgrading a component on my order, they talked me out of it and explained everything to me as to why I didn't need it. They also went above and beyond by upgrading other components off their own back on my order when they couldn't get certain parts delivered in time over the Christmas period, just so the order would be shipped on time.

Laptop motherboard required replacement after component failure. Board ordered, slight difference between mounting points for heat sink between old and new boards requiring a new heat sink. Turnaround time of 1 week including weekend for the repair.

Couldn’t ask for a better response. Storm Computers understood my requirement for a fast repair to allow access to data stored on laptop.

Very attentive service. In the end my laptop couldn’t be saved sadly but got some good advice on avoiding bad laptops in the secondhand market. I felt the diagnostic fee was a little steep, but you’ve got to keep the lights on I guess.

Had my computer in for repair over christmas for a damaged battery, got it back on on the 7th of january. The staff never showed me the computer working but instead hurried me out the shop. Upon further inspection of my macbook, the screen was damaged and the computer doesn’t even turn on.
